LA ROUGE Gymwear was born from a deeply personal journey—one that began with years of building a dream while quietly neglecting my own wellbeing.
Like many women, I spent years balancing work, responsibilities, and the constant pressure to do more. In the process, I experienced burnout and realized something important: we often give so much of ourselves to everyone else that we forget to care for ourselves.
That realization changed everything.
What started as a vision for premium activewear became a much bigger purpose. I wanted to create a brand that reminded women that prioritizing their wellbeing isn’t selfish—it’s essential.
For nearly five years, I have thoughtfully built LA ROUGE Gymwear with patience, purpose, and perseverance. Every collection, every decision, and every step has been guided by a simple belief: women deserve activewear that supports not only how they move, but how they feel.
LA ROUGE Gymwear was founded in the United States, where the brand first began its journey. Today, I am proud to bring that vision to Denmark as the next chapter of our growth, while continuing to serve women in the United States and expanding our reach to women around the world.
Although our location has changed, our purpose has not.
We remain committed to creating thoughtfully designed activewear that inspires confidence, encourages movement, and supports the wellbeing of women through every stage of life.
Because wellbeing isn’t a destination—it’s a lifelong journey.
